Song/Poem of the week

Ok so this song I wrote about my best mate Tyrone, just a bit of messing around, to show that men can express themselves without feeling.........gay? Haha enjoy guys!

The Tyrone Touch
Will you brush those long black curls away from your face, so I can begin from the beginning with a clear view of who you are.
Who are you to me, let’s see:
A friend? Yes.
A companion? Indeed.
A lover? Without doubt.
What we’ve done together friend, (everything)
What we’ve done together companion, (explored where no one dare ventured)
What we’ve done together lover, (they shouldn’t know)
It was The Tyrone Touch that did it

It’s cause you have The Tyrone touch, undefined but it’s here.
It’s in your smile, your laugh and presence without fear.
The way you know when things aren’t right.
You go on to fix me during the night.

I remember having thoughts, impure at start but you knew.
In your own way you shared them too.
Never did we try to hide them, knowing it would not get us far
I never stood a chance as you strummed your guitar.

What we’ve done together friend, (everything)
What we’ve done together companion, (explored where no one dare ventured)
What we’ve done together lover, (they shouldn’t know)
It was The Tyrone Touch that did it

As I stand here I become afraid, sometimes it doesn’t seem right what we have
But why should we listen they don’t know
That all for one and one for all
The Tyrone Touch is my all
